Once you’re ready to start planning your Disney experience, schedule a complimentary phone or Zoom call via my Calendly link found here or on my social media platforms. This discovery conversation is required for us to work together.

Initial Discovery Meeting

This is when I learn all about your family, travel preferences, and the vision you have for your luxury vacation. Prepare for me to ask questions about your desired experiences, accommodations, and special occasions like honeymoons or anniversaries. Don’t hesitate to come with questions of your own!

Trip Research & Proposals

Now it’s my time to get to work matching your feedback to the right premium experience, destination, and vacation package for you! I use my expertise – not only as your travel professional, but a mom, a runDisney athlete, and a daughter who has been the point person for dozens of multigenerational vacations – to build and present your customized vacation package options. As part of our Discovery Meeting, I will give you a time frame in which to expect your proposal. Once delivered, please be prepared to pay your deposit within 1-3 days.

Tweaks & Revise

After you review your luxury proposal, we’ll make necessary adjustments based on your personal preferences and lock in your official plan.

Book Your Vacation

Once you’ve made a decision, I will send over my “next steps to book” emails, and your vacation is officially in motion! I will be there for you step by step from now until you return home. All that’s left for you to do is get the countdown started!

Meet Rachel, Your Disney Vacation Planner

Hi, I’m Rachel!

I live in Northeast Ohio with my husband and daughter, and I’m the Founder of The Enchanted Travel Collective, a luxury travel planning company specializing in Disney and Universal Studios family vacations, multigenerational travel, and unforgettable mother-daughter getaways.

I believe exceptional travel is about more than booking a trip—it’s about creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. That’s why I take a highly personalized, concierge-style approach to every vacation I plan. My clients know they can count on me to be hands-on, responsive, and deeply invested in every detail of their journey.

With more than 150 personal visits to Disney destinations—including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line—I bring firsthand expertise that few advisors can match. In fact, I’m typically experiencing a destination that I specialize in every 4–6 weeks, allowing me to stay current on the latest offerings, resort updates, dining experiences, and VIP opportunities. I’ve had the privilege of staying at all of the on property Walt Disney World and Disneyland resorts, sailing aboard every ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, and experiencing countless tours, attractions, and premium experiences along the way.

As my own family has grown, I’ve also developed a passion for Universal Orlando, giving me firsthand insight into planning seamless vacations for families with a variety of ages, interests, and travel styles.

When I’m not planning vacations or exploring new destinations, you’ll likely find me powerlifting in my garage gym, experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen, or spending quality time with my family. I’m a busy mom who appreciates casual luxury, loves a good dad joke, and firmly believes steak could be considered a perfectly acceptable breakfast food.

Disney is really the most magical place on earth, but I firmly believe I wouldn’t be able to say that as confidently if I hadn’t worked with Rachel to plan our trip. She’s extremely easy to work with and will take the utmost care of you. I cannot recommend her enough.

Rachel has been wonderful to work with! She has planned our last 3 trips and although my family and I have been to WDW countless times, she always has extra tips and tricks and keeps me up to date on all that is new, and the ever changing technology!
