Initial Discovery Meeting
This is when I learn all about your family, travel preferences, and the vision you have for your luxury vacation. Prepare for me to ask questions about your desired experiences, accommodations, and special occasions like honeymoons or anniversaries. Don’t hesitate to come with questions of your own!
Trip Research & Proposals
Now it’s my time to get to work matching your feedback to the right premium experience, destination, and vacation package for you! I use my expertise as a luxury Disney concierge planner to build and present your customized vacation package options. As part of our Discovery Meeting, I will give you a time frame in which to expect your proposal. Once delivered, please be prepared to pay your deposit within 1-3 days.
Tweaks & Revise
After you review your luxury proposal, we’ll make necessary adjustments based on your personal preferences and lock in your official plan.
Book Your Vacation
Once you’ve made a decision, I will send over my “next steps to book” emails, and your vacation is officially in motion! I will be there for you step by step from now until you return home. All that’s left for you to do is get the countdown started!

Meet Your Private Disney Vacation
Planner
I live with my husband and daughter in Northeast Ohio. I am an Independent Contractor with the travel agency, Small World BIG FUN, a small woman-owned boutique agency. We are classified by Disney as a “Platinum Earmarked Agency, which is one of the highest regarded agency statuses that can be earned with the Walt Disney Travel Company.
As your dedicated Disney travel agent for families and luxury travelers, I have personally visited Disney Destinations—including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line—more than 150 times. Realistically, I’m in a Disney Destination every 4-6 weeks. I truly know the premium products and VIP experiences inside and out. I have been fortunate enough to stay in all the Disney Parks’ deluxe on-property resorts and have sailed every ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.

I honestly can’t imagine the trip without the meals we got to share and the specialness they added to our days. Tusker House, Akershus, Ohana… each one was more magical than the next. Does working with you cost extra?
For families who choose to hire me and work together, I do charge a Professional Planning Fee to manage the details and deadlines associated with your vacation. We will talk about this process and all that’s included as part of your Discovery Call!
Do you plan off property Walt Disney World vacations?
At this time, I am only booking on-property Walt Disney World vacation packages. The only exception to this policy is travel parties booking at least one day of Disney VIP Tours utilizing my services. Otherwise, the off-property experience poses too many challenges for guests.
What if I need to move or cancel my trip?
I understand how important flexibility and the option to cancel your trip has become. Part of my job as your travel advisor is to educate you about each aspect of your trip’s modification and cancellation policy. The packages and experiences I curate for my travelers each have their own unique set of policies, so I will provide those as we are getting ready to book your vacation.
Please note, I will only move a vacation one time before we will need to go back to the Discovery phase. This way, I can ensure the current package is still the best fit.
